Brilliant hotel and room. Good location. First time staying so close to the Tower Bridge. I’ve decided I prefer Covent Garden but this location is good. Weatherspoon around the corner will save you lots on drinks.

Great location. Walking distance to many attractions. Incredibly pleasant and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast with loads of choice and again, the staff were so pleasant from the second you put your foot inside the door.

Very clean, modern, functional with all amenities you would expect. Quality of food served was excellent, having enjoyed both their inclusive breakfast (open buffet and a meal from the menu) and lunch & dinner menu more than once. Customer service was excellent, with all staff members being courteous & friendly, and maintains an excellent level of service regardless of role. The location is excellent, and literally spitting distance from then Tower Of London, and TowerHill DLR and Underground. This will be a regular haunt for similarly located trips into the future.

Lovely clean room, good amount of space for myself and my child. It was good that we got water and snacks/ biscuits in our room every day. We paid to have breakfast for the length of our stay ,there was a good choice of food for us both and the food was delicious. We thought it was a great idea to have the water in the reception for guests to help themselves to after being out all day.

Spacious room with a good view (direct sunlight in the morning). I appreciated the complimentary snacks and water (+ coffee and tea). Bed was comfortable, and I really enjoyed having both a bathtub and shower in the bathroom. Staff was also nice and helpful. Location is great next to Tower of London and Tower bridge with several tube stations nearby. Would definitely stay in this hotel again if I come back to London.

The location was ideal for our needs. Breakfast was served in a very comfortable restaurant with a cooked breakfast of you choice served at the table. The range of food was excellent with a well supplied self service table for a range of fruit, cereals, bread and coffee The lounge was spacious and very comfortable

Our room was very spacious with twin beds as requested. The room has a nice 'living room' space with a long sofa with a TV and another one at the 'bedroom' side. I guess this could have been a family room where children can sleep on the long sofa. Our room is located in the 'old building' block and so our room has high ceiling which is very comfortable. Furthermore, the spacious bathroom is newly renovated with bathtub and shower. We did not take the breakfast as there are nearby cafes & places to eat. But we did order room service at late night and found the food rather good. One thing worth mentioning is the lounge area on ground floor is nicely decorated and provide ample space for hotel guests to hang around and provided with services to order drinks and snacks.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff go above and beyond, customer service is impeccable from reception to housekeeping. We visited on valentines day and the housekeeping staff put an incredible amount of effort into preparing the room even without our request, it was beautiful. The amenities are fantastic, extensive, and clean. The room was clean and had everything you need, including the best complimentary teas and coffees. We tried the in-room breakfast service which was so delicious and reasonably priced for the quality. Very conveniently located near several tube stations and walking distance to the river and tourist attractions.

The location is super convenient to travel around London City and walkable distance to many tourist attractions such as the Shard, Tower Bridge, Borough Market, Tate Modern Museum etc. The hotel got room service for late night snack/dinner which was much appreciated. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Room is clean overall
